Who am I?  My name is Amit Bhuta (pronounced Ah-mit Buddha) and I was born in
Bombay, India.  My family and I moved to South Florida when I was four years old and
I have lived here ever since.  I graduated from Florida International University (FIU) where
I majored in Finance.

I have over a decade of professional expertise in sales, customer service, and negotiations.
Because I have lived in South Florida almost my whole life I am very familiar with the market.
Knowing the market and its inventory is very important in real estate. But, I believe education
and the desire to improve myself daily with tomorrow's technology and proven practices from
the past are just as important.  I have graduated from Coldwell Banker University, The
Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and have had numerous training courses with the
Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), the Real
Estate Buyer's Agent Council (ABR), and have had many weeks of training with real estate
contracts and addendums.

I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council,
The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, the Florida Council of Residential Specialists, the
National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and a member of the
Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.  I have also earned the e-PRO designation.

Out of the thousands of real estate agents in Miami, there are only about a hundred that are an
